Privacy Policy.
Effective and last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have, wherever you are in the markets we serve: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf, and the United States.
Who we are
DSRPTERZ ("we", "us") is a brand growth accelerator based in Cairo, Egypt, with a presence in California, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about anything in it at hello@dsrpterz.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through dsrpterz.com and its pages, through our forms, and when you work with us, apply for a job, or contact us. It applies to visitors, prospective and current clients, Founding Seat applicants and job applicants.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Founding Seat applications: your name, brand name, email, phone (optional), website or social handle, what you sell, main market, monthly media budget range, stage, and anything you tell us about your brand.
- Free diagnostic and contact requests: your name, company, email, phone (optional), the help you need, your message and preferred call times.
- Job applications: your name, email, location, role, portfolio or profile link, and what you tell us about your experience.
- When you work with us: briefs, brand materials, feedback, campaign and performance data, and the contact details of the people we work with.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site securely. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Notice for details.
What we do not want
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial account information) through our forms. We do not knowingly collect it.
How and why we use it
- To reply to you, assess applications and arrange calls: based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement.
- To deliver work for clients: based on our contract with you.
- For Founding Seat clients, to improve our own internal workflows using the feedback and results of your engagement: based on your consent, given when you accept the Founding Seats Terms.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent spam and abuse: based on our legitimate interests where the law allows, or on legal obligations.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your personal data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you by automated means alone.
How we use AI
We are human led and AI assisted. We may use AI services to help draft, summarise, research or analyse material, including information you send us. When we do:
- A person reviews and is accountable for every decision that affects you or your brand.
- We use providers that contractually limit their use of our data, and where a provider offers a setting not to use our data to train its models, we use it.
- We share only what the task needs, and we do not put job applicants' data into AI tools to rank or reject them.
You can ask us at any time which AI services were used on your data.
International transfers
We operate between Egypt, the Gulf and the United States, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we do so with your consent where it is required, to countries or recipients that provide an adequate level of protection, and with contractual and security safeguards. Where a law requires a licence, permit or regulator approval for a transfer, we will obtain it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, diagnostic requests and Founding Seat applications that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you agree to a longer period or we hire you.
- Client engagement records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as the law requires for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
We delete or anonymise data when we no longer need it, and earlier if you ask us to where the law allows.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication on our accounts, limited access on a need-to-know basis, and regular reviews of the services we use. If a personal data breach is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before;
- transfer your data to you or another provider, where applicable.
Email hello@dsrpterz.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law sets, and within one month at the latest. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.
