Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of dsrpterz.com and its pages (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and Founding Seats by the Founding Seats Terms.

Who we are

The site is operated by DSRPTERZ, based in Cairo, Egypt. Contact: hello@dsrpterz.com.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• introduce malicious code, or disrupt or overload the site;
• scrape or copy the site at scale, except for search engine and AI assistant indexing that respects our robots.txt;
• submit false information or anyone else's personal data through our forms without their permission.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, code, graphics and the DSRPTERZ name and marks, belongs to DSRPTERZ or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, and quote short passages with credit. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or reuse it without our written permission.

Client names, logos and brand work shown in our case studies belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Nothing on the site grants you any right to use them.

Case studies and concept work

Case studies labelled "Brand concept" show our original design work for a brand, presented in visualised settings, some created with AI, to show how the identity works in use. They are not live campaigns or placements, and they make no claim about commercial results. Where we publish results, each is labelled Confirmed, Claimed or Inferred to show how it was sourced.

Information, not advice

Labs write-ups and other content are general information based on our own testing and experience at the time of writing. They are not professional, legal or financial advice, and results will vary. Figures quoted from third parties are as reported by those parties.

Forms and submissions

When you send us information through the site, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DSRPTERZ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any consumer rights that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
